Responsibilities:
Handles all laundry in accordance with infection control and State guidelines.
Sorts laundry into appropriate categories for washing.
Washes, dries, folds, and hangs all laundry neatly and properly.
Returns clean resident laundry to appropriate rooms and supply areas.
Ensures names are in Resident clothing.
Performs duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Prior laundry or housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare or hospitality setting a plus).
Knowledge of industrial washers and dryers is a bonus.
