Documentation Coordinator III

Job Title: Documentation Coordinator III Location: Branchburg, NJ or Indianapolis, IN Type: Contract Compensation: $35-$45/hr Work Model: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage company documentation systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation standards
• Support teams with document organization and archiving
• Coordinate document reviews and updates
• Assist in maintaining data security and confidentiality

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in a regulated environment or Quality Function
• Bachelors / Master degree in Life Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related subject or equivalent experience
• Experience with EDMS workflows, understands metadata concepts and possesses superior communication and analysis capabilities, is proactive with identifying and driving improvements
• Experience with Content Management and understands state of the art AI technologies. Experience in Confluence a plus
• Has the skills to effectively drive change within the organization
• Can manage highly complex and/or global projects, or equivalent experience
