Pay: Starting at $23.50 per hour + overtime

As an Air Hammer Operator - Laborer, you’ll be out in the field, working with a crew, operating equipment, and playing a direct role in projects that keep cities moving. What You GetStarting pay begins at $23.50 per hour, with overtime being paid at time and a half after 40 hours — giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings quickly!

What You’ll Be DoingOperate a 94 lb. air hammer with asphalt attachment to break and loosen pavement around utility structures and valve boxes, helping crews prepare surfaces for adjustment and paving.
You’ll stay active throughout the shift by:- Placing asphalt and supporting site prep
- Handling materials and equipment
- Lifting and moving heavy cast iron components
- Shoveling and raking as needed
You’ll also work closely with your team to maintain a safe, efficient job site. This role may include occasional Saturdays, night work, and limited overnight travel (about 3 weeks per year total) — with added earning potential through overtime.

This is a full-time, in-person role with a typical day shift and 10-hour workdays, plus overtime opportunities.
