Requirements:

• Certified Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (Texas)

• Bachelor's degree or higher

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, individualized instruction to develop students’ expressive and receptive communication skills.

• Develop and adapt curriculum materials to ensure accessible and meaningful learning experiences.

• Support the development of auditory, speech-reading, and language skills aligned with IEP goals.

• Collaborate with interpreters, educators, and families to promote consistent communication strategies across settings.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA, state regulations, and district policies.

• Any other duties as assigned.
