Senior Finance Associate - Westchester County

A global law firm is seeking a Senior Finance Associate with 4–5 years of experience to join its Finance Group. The role involves representing lenders, drafting and negotiating syndicated and bilateral credit facilities across all asset classes, and preparing related documents including legal opinions.

• 4–5 years of finance experience, preferably representing lenders

• Strong academic credentials and superior drafting skills

• Diligent, proactive, and team-oriented

• Willingness to assume significant responsibility for deal management and client interaction

• Admitted to the New York Bar

• Draft and negotiate credit facilities and related finance documents

• Advise clients on complex financing transactions

• Manage deal workflow and client communications

• Collaborate with team members on multi-party transactions

• $250,000–$300,000 per year, based on experience and location
