Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8AM–4PM (no nights or weekends!)
Pay: $14–$20+ per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities

- Drive proactive outreach and in-person prospecting to generate new commercial estimates
- Follow up with key contacts and warm leads to build lasting relationships
- Hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Bring strong communication skills to every phone call and face-to-face conversation
- Stay organized and follow through on every lead
