High-Density Electronics Depth: 5+ years of hands-on experience optimizing high-density interconnect (HDI) PCBA layouts, managing micro-via structures, stacked board geometries, and complex Z-space constraints.
Process Physics Expertise: Extensive background managing the precise engineering physics of automated SMT assembly, specialized reflow profiles, underfill applications, and complex polymeric/conformal coating qualifications.
Front-End Design Interfacing: Demonstrated success embedding directly with electrical design teams to implement structural DFM improvements, resolve component spacing anomalies, and optimize layouts before designs hit the floor.
Technical Leadership: Proven background in a direct leadership or subject matter expert role managing, mentoring, and upskilling manufacturing engineering teams and high-performing technical staff.
Traceability Frameworks: Demonstrated success establishing structural process controls, Gage R&R evaluations, and component traceability under rigorous AS9100, ISO9001, or Class 3 electronics standards.
