Start your driving career in Jackson, Mississippi with a role designed for new CDL Class A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL Class A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What we offer

  • Paid training throughout the 4–6 week mentor period.
  • Average weekly pay of $1,600–$1,800 after training.
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit.
  • Access to full benefits following completion of training.

  • Practical, on-the-road guidance from an experienced mentor prior to solo driving.

What you'll be doing

  • Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period, learning day-to-day driving routines and preparing to transition into solo driving.
  • Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
  • Follow safe driving practices, perform required vehicle and load checks, and develop professional over-the-road habits.
  • Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication with dispatch and mentors, and decision-making as you progress to independent driving.

What we're looking for

  • Safety-first mindset: Adhere to DOT requirements, company procedures, and safe driving practices at all times.
  • Reliability: Arrive prepared to work, maintain schedules, and manage responsibilities consistently during training and after going solo.
  • Coachability: Be receptive to feedback from your mentor and willing to learn through real-time instruction on the road.
  • Strong communication: Maintain clear, timely communication with your mentor and dispatch and ask questions when clarification is needed.
