Warehouse Specialist

Purpose:

The purpose of this position is to provide essential support to the warehouse team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations from product preparation to shipping

Objectives:

Shipping Preparation:

Prepare finished goods for shipment by accurately identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing products

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move items within the warehouse, onto racking, and for loading/unloading trucks and trailers

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records through identification, labeling, and proper stocking of materials and supplies

Record inventory locations and report any shortages

Component Manufacturing:

Manufacture components using various tools and machinery, including saws, presses, grinders, and sanders

Attributes/Experience/Skills:

6 months to 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse environment

Willingness and ability to obtain forklift certification

Strong organizational skills

Ability to read, analyze, and understand information

Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Excellent time management abilities

A mindset focused on process improvement

Ability to safely lift heavy materials

Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately

Work Hours & Benefits:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with potential for overtime.
