Our client seeks a Technology Product Manager – ERP Transformation to lead a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management transformation. The role owns the roadmap, aligns business and technology priorities, oversees delivery, and drives adoption across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and related functions. The leader will translate strategic objectives into execution in partnership with executive stakeholders, system integrators, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Define and own the end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM transformation strategy and roadmap.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion Financials, and Oracle EPM capabilities.
- Partner with executive leadership to set goals, success metrics, governance, and value realization plans.
- Drive alignment across Finance, Accounting, Technology, Operations, Procurement, and implementation partners.
- Develop and maintain product vision, roadmap, and business case for ERP modernization.
- Prioritize requirements and translate strategy into actionable delivery plans.
- Facilitate executive workshops, requirements sessions, and process design discussions.
- Align future-state processes with Oracle best practices and enterprise objectives.
- Lead all ERP lifecycle phases: assessment, solution design, build and configuration oversight, data conversion and migration, integrations, testing and quality assurance, cutover and deployment, and hypercare and stabilization.
- Coordinate internal teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, budget, and overall program health.
- Provide domain expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, R2R, P2P, O2C, Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, and Close Management.
- Guide architecture, integrations, reporting, master data, and governance decisions.
- Evaluate solution tradeoffs and recommend scalable approaches.
- Manage stakeholder communications, steering committee updates, and change leadership.
- Drive readiness, training, adoption, and change management strategies.
- Implement governance processes, program controls, and transformation metrics.
- Ensure delivery excellence using project management, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
- Lead risk management, mitigation planning, and post-go-live optimization.
- 10+ years leading large-scale ERP, Finance Transformation, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- 5+ years in Product Management, Program Management, Transformation Office, or PMO leadership.
- Proven Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
- Proven experience with Oracle EPM solutions.
- Experience managing global, enterprise-scale programs.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting operations.
- Experience working with system integrators and consulting partners.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: Fortune 500 ERP transformation leadership, Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications, PMP/Agile/SAFe certifications, experience with Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, data migration and governance, ERP integrations and enterprise architecture, change management and adoption, and finance modernization initiatives. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.
