We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of our St. Louis office. Qualifications

  • Must currently hold or be willing and able to obtain a Missouri Insurance License
  • 1-2 years working in the insurance industry a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems

Primary Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting visitors with a welcoming and friendly demeanor, providing refreshments as needed
  • Maintain the office's professional appearance, ensuring conference rooms are neat and prepared for meetings
  • Answer and route overflow calls promptly and accurately
  • Process incoming mail and manage logistics for outgoing correspondence
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, coordinating with the Office Manager to ensure stock levels
  • Organize and coordinate office events to foster a positive and engaging work environment
  • Manage meeting logistics, oversee conference room bookings, catering arrangements, and equipment setup
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities in collaboration with the Office Manager
  • Provide administrative support, including printing ID cards, certificates, proposals, and other necessary documents
  • Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property (must be licensed)
  • Assist various departments on special projects or additional tasks assigned by management
