Maintenance Staff

Job Summary:

• Maintains tennis, pickleball courts and surrounding area, performs general repair, maintenance & janitorial duties and operates maintenance machinery. Position maintains tennis courts and surrounding area, performs general repair, maintenance & janitorial duties and operates light maintenance machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Daily maintenance of all tennisand pickleballcourts including but not limitedto :sweeping, lining, and debris removal, Pressure washing, painting, sweeping, and other assigned tasks.
• Prepares the tennisand pickleballcourts for daily play. Notifies the Tennis Shop front desk of daily court conditions.
• Repairs fences, sprinklers, tennisand pickleballnets and windscreens as needed. Records all work completed inlog book.
• Maintain clear communication with members, management, and other associates.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand forlong periodsof time.
• Willing to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
• Must haveabilitytomulti task.
• Excellentcommunicationsskills.
• Possess a valid FL driver's license with driving history to meet insurability standards
• Must be able toworka flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Prior similar tennis court maintenance experience is preferred
