We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient clinic serving Kansas City’s diverse neighborhoods. This is a chance to join a collaborative team focused on whole-patient care.

Position Overview

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, manage chronic/acute conditions

• Provide care to patients of all ages

• Develop and coordinate treatment plans

• Emphasis on prevention, education, and patient-centered care

Qualifications

• FNP or PA certified

• Missouri license or eligibility

• Clinical experience in primary care is a plus
