What You'll Do

As a RN Staff Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing staff education programs that focus on improving clinical skills, patient outcomes, and staff satisfaction.

  • Conducting regular staff training sessions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.

  • Collaborating with nursing leadership to create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters open communication, teamwork, and professional growth.

  • Providing individualized coaching and feedback to staff members to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

What You'll Need

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license and current registration with the Nevada State Board of Nursing.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a staff development or education role in a healthcare setting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
