What You'll Do
As a RN Staff Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing staff education programs that focus on improving clinical skills, patient outcomes, and staff satisfaction.
Conducting regular staff training sessions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
Collaborating with nursing leadership to create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters open communication, teamwork, and professional growth.
Providing individualized coaching and feedback to staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
What You'll Need
Registered Nurse (RN) license and current registration with the Nevada State Board of Nursing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a staff development or education role in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals.
