Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care services to clients in their homes, following established care plans and protocols
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to our healthcare team
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care services
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
2 of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Current CPR certification
Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification
