Local face-to-face sales with mapped streets, warm leads, and weekly incentives. OTE $40–60k+.
About the role
Follow a defined door playbook, combine scheduled leads with canvassing, and log activities block-by-block.
What you’ll do
Daily targets: doors, conversations, demos, closes.
Quick-quote tool to speed porch decisions.
Same-day CRM updates; clean handoff to activation team.
Weekly coaching + territory planning; leaderboard highlights.
What you’ll bring
In-person confidence; persistence.
Coachable; scripts, objections, repeatable steps.
Flexible schedule incl. some evenings/weekends.
Driver’s license, car, smartphone with data.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & advancement
Commission-based + paid training bonus; structured ramp.
Uncapped commissions + weekly/monthly bonuses.
Warm/mapped territories; growth to Team Lead / MiT.
OTE $40,000–$60,000+.
