A national high-volume upscale restaurant group is seeking a seasoned General Manager with experience in upscale dining in Austin. The company is growing and will add at least 2 new locations in the next 12 months throughout the U.S., with 100% scratch chef-driven operations, very organized and structured leadership, and quality and culture as top priorities. The ideal candidate must have an upscale dining background and the ability to lead and execute at a high level. Excellent attainable growth potential, benefits, compensation ($110k-$130k), and a 30% bonus plan.
