Top Shooters is a fast-paced, high-volume sports bar with a full kitchen and full bar. We’re hiring reliable, hardworking Barbacks to support our bartending team and keep service running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and being a key behind-the-scenes player in a lively bar environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support bartenders during service by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, glassware, and service stations
• Assist with opening and closing duties according to company standards
• Remove trash, restock supplies, and ensure efficient service flow
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Able to lift, stand, and move throughout shifts
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Bar or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

Pay & Schedule

• Base Pay: $10.00/hour
• Average Total Pay (with tip-out): $15–$20/hour
• Job Type: Part-Time
• Shifts Available: Day & Evening
