What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
- Drive exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence
- Manage labor, scheduling, food costs, inventory, and financial performance
- Support new restaurant openings through training and operational leadership
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently exceeded
- Develop future leaders and build a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- Proven success leading high-volume restaurant operations
- Strong P&L, labor, inventory, and people management experience
- A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- New restaurant opening experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel periodically for training and restaurant support
