Earn $24 per hour delivering small FedEx packages from the comfort of your own vehicle! We’re hiring dependable, safety-focused drivers near Chandler and Gilbert, AZ. No CDL or commercial driving experience is required.

Pay & Benefits$24 per hour, paid weekly
Additional hours and workdays may be available
Small-package routes using your personal vehicle
Monday–Friday
Start at 7:30 a.m.; work until deliveries are complete
Approximately 4–5 hours per day
Reliable morning attendance is essential
Complete approximately 50–70 package delivery stops daily
Deliver business and residential FedEx packages
Load, scan, organize, and safely deliver packages
Use a smartphone and GPS to navigate routes
Provide friendly, professional customer service
At least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license held for at least one year
Clean driving record and must be willing to submit to an MVR review
Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid background check
Must be willing to submit to pre-employment and random drug testing
Smartphone with active cell service
No CDL or DOT physical required
Amazon Flex, Walmart Spark, DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, or Instacart experience is a plus, but not required
A 2013 or newer car, van, or truck; trucks need a covered bed
Vehicle must be registered to you and in good condition
No major damage, rust, stickers, or decals
Proof of insurance meeting Arizona minimum requirements
Supplemental delivery coverage may be required through your insurer
