Dryworx Water Damage Restoration is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher to support our Mitigation Coordinator and serve as the first point of contact for our customers.

This is a full-time, in-office position. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can keep multiple priorities organized while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

As our CSR/Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive prompt, professional service from their very first call.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming calls from homeowners, property managers, insurance companies, and referral partners.
• Serve as the first point of contact for potential water, mold, and emergency restoration projects.
• Schedule inspections and dispatch technicians to new jobs.
• Gather accurate customer and loss information.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the scheduling process.
• Support the Mitigation Coordinator with daily administrative and scheduling tasks.
• Monitor and track Google Reviews and assist with customer follow-up.
• Review mitigation employee timesheets for accuracy and ensure they have the proper approvals.
• Maintain organized job files and update customer information in company software.
• Assist with other office and administrative duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or a service-based industry is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
