- Service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems (with occasional commercial work) to ensure safe, efficient operation.
- Inspect, clean, and tune components such as air handlers, ductwork, registers, vents, and condensate systems.
- Diagnose performance issues; complete corrective actions; document results.
- Explain findings and present solution options to customers with professionalism.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
- Take on additional related duties as assigned.
- 3–5+ years in HVAC service; residential experience preferred
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record
- Expert diagnostic skills and strong analytical thinking
- Quality-driven, positive, and dependable
- Customer-focused communicator able to engage all types of clients
- Professional, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
- Lift 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Climb ladders; access attics/crawlspaces; maneuver in confined areas; drive between appointments
- Operate hand tools and perform precise, detailed tasks
- Stand, walk, sit; talk and hear in person and by phone
- Reach with hands/arms; frequently stoop, kneel, bend, crouch
- Work in hot/cold environments and adverse weather (wind, rain, ice, snow)
