After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.
What we offer
- Paid training throughout the 4–6 week mentor period.
- Weekly earnings of $1,600–$1,800 after training.
- Direct deposit for weekly pay.
- Full benefits available after completion of training.
- A structured starting opportunity for recent CDL A graduates moving from classroom learning to real-world driving.
- Practical, on-the-road guidance from an assigned mentor prior to taking on solo driving responsibilities.
What you'll be doing
- Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
- Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
- Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and cargo checks, and develop professional habits for over-the-road operations.
- Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
What we're looking for
- Safety-first mindset: consistently follow DOT regulations, company procedures, and safe driving practices.
- Reliability: arrive prepared to work, maintain schedules, and handle responsibilities consistently during training and after transitioning to solo driving.
