Build what shoppers see: a day in this role

Step onto our busy production floor at TC Millwork and turn drawings into durable, beautifully finished store fixtures. Your day will span reading blueprints and tape measures, laminating parts, assembling cabinetry, and using hand and power tools to produce consistent results at scale. You’ll work with a team that moves with purpose in a mass-production environment—and you’ll lift materials as needed to keep projects flowing.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on experience assembling cabinets and casework in a production setting
• Skill with lamination processes and finishing details
• Comfort using hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprint drawings
• Willingness to perform physical work, including some lifting
