International Shipping Packer

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous Freight Packer to join our Ranshu team on a full-time basis. This role is critical in ensuring that all outgoing shipments are packed accurately, securely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, maintains a high standard of organization, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carefully pack freight items according to company standards and shipping requirements
• Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and damage before packaging
• Label, seal, and prepare shipments for transport with strict attention to detail
• Ensure proper use of packing materials to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain an organized and clean packing area at all times
• Follow shipping documentation procedures and verify order contents
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs.)
• Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred, but not required
