About the role

As the Manufacturing Operations Team Supervisor, you will guide a team of production associates to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality output every shift. You will set the pace for performance, uphold standards, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement while keeping the floor organized and running smoothly.

What you’ll lead
  • Coach, train, and motivate production associates to meet and exceed operational targets.
  • Distribute daily assignments and balance workloads to maximize throughput and efficiency.
  • Champion safety, adhere to company policies, and enforce quality expectations without compromise.
  • Track performance in real time, resolve bottlenecks quickly, and reduce downtime.
  • Maintain orderly, clean work areas that align with company organization standards.
  • Support quality initiatives to ensure products consistently meet customer specifications.
  • Provide timely feedback, conduct coaching conversations, and drive employee development.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to advance operational goals and solve problems.
  • Spot process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing better ways of working.
  • Keep accurate production records and communicate status and issues to management.
  • Promote a respectful, collaborative, and team-first environment.
QualificationsEducation
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical school certification or relevant training preferred.
Experience
  • 4+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution.
  • Background as a Team Lead, Production Supervisor, or comparable role preferred.

  • Proven track record developing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong delegation, coaching, and performance management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and sound decision-making.
  • Clear, effective verbal and written communication.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative leadership style; effective across departments.
  • Familiarity with Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methods preferred.
Language

Bilingual English/Spanish required.
