Sales Manager | Full Service Hotel | Orlando Market

Compensation: $55,000 to $60,000 base plus bonus

Location: Greater Orlando area

We are partnering with a well positioned, full service hotel in the Orlando market seeking a Sales Manager with strong local market knowledge. This role is focused on driving revenue through proactive sales efforts, relationship building, and strategic account development across key segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue across corporate, group, and leisure segments
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, event planners, and travel partners
• Prospect and secure new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts
• Conduct site visits, client presentations, and outside sales calls
• Collaborate with revenue management and operations teams to align pricing and inventory strategies
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance against goals
• Represent the property at networking events and within the local community

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of hotel sales experience in the Orlando market
• Strong understanding of local demand generators and business mix
• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
• Comfortable working both inside and outside sales
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Experience with CRM systems and hotel sales platforms preferred
