Position Overview Have 3 months of Class A driving experience and looking to transition to a stable, local career? We are hiring full-time local drivers within a 50-mile radius of Fort Wayne. Get the stability of a daily home-daily route while earning premium hourly wages.

What You'll Earn:

• Guaranteed Pay: 8-hour daily pay guarantee.
• Overtime: Built into the schedule, paid after 50 hours.
• Tenure Raises: Earn $28.18/hr to start, stepping up to $29.05 at 2 years, and $30.50 at 3 years.

Shift Demands & Schedule:

• Current Availability: 2nd/3rd shifts only (Start times are assigned at either 18:00 or 21:00).
• Daily Commitment: Shift lengths vary between 8 and 14 hours per day.
• Weekends: Must be available to work 3 Saturdays per month.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 months CDL-A experience.
• Reside within 50 miles of Fort Wayne, IN.
• Willingness to work night shifts and extended daily hours as assigned.
