Job Summary:

Delta Homecare - Tennessee is seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team in Waynesboro, TN. As a Caregiver, you will provide non-medical in-home services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical in-home services, including:

  • Companionship

  • Light housework, such as sweeping, mopping, and laundry

  • Meal assistance, including cooking and dishes

  • Assisting clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and using the restroom

  • Medication reminders

  • Weekly errand running, including grocery shopping and banking

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families

• Document client care activities and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a caregiver

• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)

• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints

• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

• Respectful and compassionate attitude

• Good time management skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong ethics

• Physical endurance
