As a dedicated and compassionate provider, we are seeking a highly skilled In-Person BCBA (VA LBA Required) to join our team in Roanoke, Virginia.
About the Role:
As an In-Person BCBA, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism. Your expertise will help us provide high-quality, evidence-based services that promote meaningful outcomes and improved quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person assessments and evaluations for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Provide in-home ABA therapy sessions, using evidence-based methods and techniques
Design and implement behavioral interventions to address challenging behaviors
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Virginia LBA certification required
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations
