Director of HR
Responsibilities:
Coordinate various HR programs and activities, including employee relations, benefits administration, PTO management, and recruitment assistance
Oversee and process weekly payroll accurately and timely
Respond to inquiries regarding HR issues such as pay, staffing, and benefits, providing clear and concise information
Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs, conduct interviews, screen candidates, and onboard new employees
Address and resolve employee concerns regarding employment data and HR processes
Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations

Provide additional administrative support as required
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Knowledge of HR policies, federal/state/local employment laws, and best practices
Strong communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively with others
Bachelor’s Degree in any concentration preferred

2-3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
