About New Dawn ABA

New Dawn ABA is a pediatric ABA therapy company dedicated to delivering compassionate, family-centered services to children with autism and related developmental differences. We operate across Missouri, and we are growing fast — which means real opportunities for clinicians who want to make an impact and grow with us.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated BCaBA to join our Kansas City team providing in-home ABA therapy services. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and serve as a key clinical resource for our RBT staff. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by supervising BCBAs

  • Provide direct ABA therapy to pediatric clients in their home environment

  • Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data accurately and consistently

  • Assist in conducting skills assessments and preference assessments

  • Train and provide feedback to RBTs under the direction of the supervising BCBA

  • Communicate effectively with families regarding client progress and programming

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with payer and company requirements

  • Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training

Requirements

  • Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB

  • Missouri BCaBA license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)

  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

  • Strong data collection and clinical documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently in a home-based setting

  • Reliable transportation to client homes in the Kansas City area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs

  • Familiarity with CentralReach or similar ABA practice management software

  • Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar assessment tools

What We Offer

  • $40.00/hour — competitive and reflects your credential

  • Flexible scheduling — full-time or part-time, we work around your availability

  • Supervision hours available toward BCBA certification (if applicable)

  • Supportive clinical leadership and a collaborative team culture

  • Opportunity for advancement as New Dawn ABA continues to grow

New Dawn ABA is an equal opportunity employer.
