Pay

• Base salary: $100,000

• Annual bonus: up to $10,000 (paid quarterly)

• Total potential compensation: $110,000

What you’ll do

• Provide clinical oversight within a center and carry a manageable caseload

• Mimimum of 20 supervision hours per week.

• Supervise and coach RBTs, supported by improved onboarding and retention programs

• Support treatment planning, family collaboration, and quality assurance

• Partner with your Director on staffing, scheduling, and team performance initiatives

• Stronger RBT hiring standards and training to reduce constant retraining burden

• Clear expectations around caseload size and supervision ratios

• More structured support for administrative and compliance work

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification

• Up to 2 years of clinical experience (lead or mentor experience is a plus)

• Interest in growing into clinic leadership

• Strong communication and organizational skills
