Millwright

Our manufacturing client is looking for an experienced Millwright to join their maintenance team in Olympia, WA.

**Pay Rate: **$30/hr - $35/hr

**Shift - **All shifts

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems

• Diagnose mechanical failures and perform repairs on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, bearings, compressors, and hydraulic systems

• Align, assemble, and install machinery using precision measuring and alignment tools

• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical specifications

• Perform equipment inspections and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and reduce downtime

• Assist with equipment installations, plant expansions, and machinery upgrades

• Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document maintenance activities using CMMS software

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• 3+ years of experience as a Millwright or Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, bearings, conveyors, and rotating equipment

• Experience with precision alignment, machine installation, and equipment troubleshooting

• Welding, fabrication, and machining experience

• Basic electrical troubleshooting and PLC knowledge
