Candidates who have completed CDL training are invited to join our expanding Northeast fleet serving the New Haven, CT area. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, gain confidence on the road, and begin earning promptly.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Paid every Friday

Job characteristics:

• Predictable regional routes
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks
• Trucks fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support

Home time options:

• Flexible schedules to support work–life balance

• Home every other week

Training program:

• Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Assigned mentor during training
• Emphasis on safety and practical on‑road experience to prepare drivers for regular operations

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
