Employment Term –Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:30am-3pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience $18-$24 an hr

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – 2-3 years of manufacturing experience
Job Summary As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting products and supplied components to ensure all company and regulatory requirements are met. You will identify nonconforming materials and maintain detailed documentation throughout the inspection process. Additionally, you will recommend and assist with the implementation of continual improvement ideas to enhance production quality.
Responsibilities * Complete daily quality control tasks, including inspections of supplied components, in-process production, and final product quality.
- Identify and segregate nonconforming products while documenting findings and assisting in investigations for root causes.
- Collaborate with QC Engineers and Production Supervisors to recommend actions for correcting and mistake-proofing production processes.
- Read and interpret complex prints, schematics, and diagrams for the electronics industry to ensure total compliance.
Qualifications * 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics for electronics.
- Basic understanding of IPC 620A, ISO 9001, or similar industry quality standards.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory/quality software.
- Strong mathematical skills (fractions, decimals, unit conversion) and high attention to detail.
