We are a well-established welding supply and industrial gas distributor looking for a motivated, dependable Counter Sales Representative to join our team. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with welding supplies, industrial gases, safety equipment, and related products.
  
  
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  
  
• Answer customer questions and recommend the right products for their needs.
  
  
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, professional showroom and sales counter.
  
  
• Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries.
  
  
• Work closely with warehouse and delivery staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
  
  
• Welding, industrial, or construction product knowledge is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
  
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
  
• Basic computer skills.
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  
  
• Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented.
  
  
• Leadership experience or the desire to grow into a management role is a plus.
