Manufacturing Team Lead

Ad-vance Talent Solutionsis currently hiring a Team Lead for a manufacturing facility in Lakeland, FL. We're looking for a motivated leader with manufacturing experience who is committed to safety, quality, and meeting production goals.

Location: Lakeland, FL

Pay Rate: $18 - $20

Hours: 3:30pm -12am

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet customer demand and production schedules.
• Train and coach, production employees on procedures and quality standards.
• Assign work, monitor performance, and support production goals.
• Troubleshoot production, quality, equipment, and material issues.
• Work with Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to resolve production concerns.
• Update production metrics and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform daily QAD transactions, including work orders and inventory activities.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all GMP and company procedures.
• Fill in for the Production Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing Team Lead or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with QAD or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

Work Environment

• Temperature-controlled clean room.
• Standing and walking for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Must follow gowning procedures and GMP requirements.
