Start your driving career with a position designed for recent Class A CDL holders in the Pikeville, Kentucky area. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed Class A CDL drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What we offer

  • Paid training throughout the 4–6 week mentor period.
  • Weekly earnings of $1,600–$1,800 after completing training.
  • Direct deposit for weekly pay.
  • Full benefits available after training completion.
  • A structured entry-level opportunity for recent Class A CDL graduates to move from classroom instruction to real-world driving.
  • Practical, on-the-road guidance from an assigned mentor to build confidence and experience safely.

What you'll be doing

  • Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, riding with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
  • Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
  • Follow safe driving practices, complete required pre- and post-trip checks, and develop good habits for professional over-the-road operations.
  • Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication with dispatch and customers, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.

What we're looking for

  • Safety-first mindset: adhere to DOT regulations, company procedures, and safe driving practices at all times.
  • Reliability: arrive prepared to work, maintain schedule adherence, and perform responsibilities consistently during training and after going solo.
  • Coachability: be receptive to feedback from your mentor and willing to learn through real-time instruction on the road.
  • Strong communication: maintain clear, professional contact with your mentor and dispatch, ask questions when necessary, and communicate proactively.
  • Recent Class A CDL graduates and newly licensed Class A CDL drivers are encouraged to apply.
