Requirement: Must be BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Procedures: Typical primary care duties. Some chat hours may be assigned

PPD: 17 patients per day

Patient population: Average patient 40

Support Staff: MA on site & full office staff

Schedule: 9am-6pm - One hour lunch

EMR: EClinicalWorks

Credentialing: Can be completed in 30 days or less

Salary: 225k-230k salary + 10% of salary yearly as a bonus
