Start your driving career in Paducah, KY with a role designed for recent CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program based out of Paducah. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What we offer

  • Practical, on-the-road guidance from an experienced mentor before assuming solo driving responsibilities.

What you'll be doing
