Class A CDL Driver | Home Weekly | 0.70CPM

Are you an experienced CDL-A driver looking for strong regional miles, modern equipment, and predictable home time? We are hiring dependable company drivers for our Midwest regional division. Run 99% no-touch freight with practical home time every single week. All loaded and empty miles are paid.

Compensation & Bonuses

• Base Pay: $0.70 CPM (All loaded and empty miles paid)
• Average Weekly Miles: ~1,800 miles per week
• Average Weekly Earnings: ~$1,300-1500/week
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 solo sign-on bonus
  • $1,250 paid after 30 days
  • $1,250 paid after 90 days
• Monthly S&P Bonus: Earn up to an additional 10 CPM monthly for meeting safety and productivity goals.

Extra Pay Opportunities

• Stop Pay: $50 for each additional stop
• Detention Pay: $15/hour after the first 2 hours
• Layover Pay: $100 every 24 hours
• Clean Inspection Bonus: $100 per clean inspection
• Driver Referral Bonus: $2,000

Home Time & Schedule

• Schedule: Typically out 5 nights per week.
• Home Time: 2 full nights at home weekly, including a full 34-hour reset.

Equipment & Freight

• Trucks: Well-maintained 2020–2025 Peterbilt 567s, 2023–2024 International tractors, and 2021 Freightliner Cascadias.
• Transmission: Automatic or manual available.
• Governor: Trucks are governed at 70 MPH.
• Trailers: 53-foot dry van trailers (model year 2017 or newer).
• Freight: 99% No-Touch Freight hauling General/FAK, paper, equipment, food, and beverages (may occasionally include pork or alcohol).

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years (local, regional, or OTR).
• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
