Interim Periop Director - Central California
We are seeking an engaging nurse leader to lead the periop department for a busy hospital about an hour from Sacramento. This role is ideal for a strategic periop leader with a passion for improving patient experience, quality, and productivity.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record as a Periop Director in a community hospital
- Demonstrated success improving employee engagement
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for surveys
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; capable of quickly building credibility across clinical and administrative teams
- CA RN license
- Availability to begin within 2-3 weeks from date of offer, and to be on-site for the duration of the engagement (aside from travel weekends).
