Job Description
Marketing Associate requires:
- 7+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, or a similar
- Medical device, pharma industry
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Expertise across multiple media channels, with both offline and online planning experience, including strong knowledge of Planning Tools, Media Measurement, and Media Mix Modeling.
Highly communicative and adept at navigating complex, layered organizations to get things done.
Self-directed with strong decision-making, project management, budget management, and prioritization skills. Record of influencing stakeholders at levels above them and outside of their functional area, with a service-oriented mentality.
Comfortable with change and ambiguity, and capable of resolving problems efficiently.
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
