Our Clients are seeking Paraprofessionals in the Northville area NOW starting at $19/hr depending on contractor's qualifications, availability, and skill.SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S OPPORTUNITY* Assist students as they board and exit school bus* Helps prepare, collect and set-up materials for student participation, following teacher direction* Provides instructional, behavioral, or physical assistance to students individually or in small groups at the direction of the teacher to reinforce and follow up instruction* Assists with large group activities as drill work, reading aloud, and storytelling* Maintains daily activity logs for your assigned student(s)* Alerts regular teacher to any problem or special information about the individual student(s)* Serves as the chief source of information for the assigned students to help any substitute teacher assigned in the absence of the regular teacherCLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.* Must be able to pass State and national background checks.* Must have experience working with children who have disabilities ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Candidates replying to this role also usually have experience or interest in other roles including: Teacher's Assistant, Assistant Teacher, Teacher Aide, Classroom Aide, Paraprofessional, Instructional Aide, and Teaching Assistant.
