Physiatrist (PM&R) – Orthopedic & Musculoskeletal Medicine

Location: Plano, Texas
Compensation: $300,000–$400,000 Base + Productivity Bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Employed Position

A well-established private orthopedic practice is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a fellowship-trained Physiatrist with an orthopedic and musculoskeletal focus to build a thriving practice while working alongside experienced orthopedic specialists. The other Physiatrist is retiring and handles 45 patients per day.

The practice offers a collaborative environment, a strong referral network, and access to outpatient surgery centers through established partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans

  • Perform EMG/NCS studies (necessary)

  • Perform image-guided injections and other non-surgical procedures

  • Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons to optimize patient outcomes

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EMR

Qualifications
  • MD or DO

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

  • Fellowship training required

  • Orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports medicine, spine, or interventional background strongly preferred

  • Eligible for state medical licensure
