Primary Care Physician needed for industry leading Primary Care Group in Jacksonville, FL
• Specialty: Primary Care, Family Practice, General Practice or Internist

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9AM- 6PM) with 1 hour break and 1 hour admin time.
• Start Date: 45-60 days

• Patients Per day: Average of 16-21 per day
• Support Staff: Advanced practice providers and Medical Assistants

• Licensing Requirements: Active FL medical license or IMLC compact licensure
• Board Certification: American Board Certified or Board Eligible required

• Compensation: Base Salary $260,000-265,000 + annual bonus of 16.67% of salary
