Key Requirements:

Must have 3-6 months of general labor experience
Must be able to prepare metal for coating, monitor the process and ensure quality control.
Must have the ability to Ensure parts are free of oils, paint, and rust by sorting, filing, and assisting with chemical dip treatments
Monitor bath temperatures, chemical levels, and immersion times to ensure the coating adheres properly
Remove sharp edges, rough spots, or excess zinc drips (dross) using hand files, wire brushes, grinders, or sanders.
Identify uncoated voids on the metal and repair them using aerosol zinc, liquid zinc, or hot sticks.
Must have a valid DL or ID
