Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You’ve earned your Class A CDL — now build the experience that turns it into a long-term driving career in Arlington, VA and the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. We are seeking recent CDL school graduates to join an expanding Eastern/Mid‑Atlantic regional fleet. The role combines paid, mentored training with predictable regional routes and strong compensation and benefits.

• Weekly pay: $1,600–$1,800+ (paid every Friday)
• Paid training for a full month

What the job looks like

• Predictable regional routes serving Arlington and the surrounding Mid‑Atlantic area
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No‑touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop‑and‑hook
• New automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Home time options to support work‑life balance: home weekly or home every other week

Training program

• Paid training program available for new drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• One‑on‑one mentoring with experienced drivers
• Focus on safe driving practices and gaining on‑road experience to progress confidently into regular regional service

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Available to start promptly
