Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

We are seeking recent CDL school graduates in the Richmond, VA area to join an expanding Eastern/Mid-Atlantic fleet. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want hands-on mentorship, practical on-road experience, and the opportunity to begin earning promptly.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

Position overview:

• Predictable regional routes serving Richmond and surrounding Mid-Atlantic states
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Home time options: home weekly or home every other week

Training program:

• Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Assigned mentor for on-the-road guidance
• Emphasis on safety and performance to build practical experience and confidence

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction completed
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
